Founded in 2018 by a determined Baylor graduate with a passionate dream. Our resident artisan chocolatier pursued his craft with the privilege of being trained by the industry’s most elite chocolatiers. With his deep faith and entrepreneurial spirit, along with the support of a devoted community, we enthusiastically opened our flagship store in Waco during the fall of 2020.

Each of Splendid Oaks chocolates is handmade with exceptional artistry and crafted in small precise batches using only the finest ingredients. In 2023, with the opening of our second store, Splendid Oaks began making ice cream with the same approach that has made the chocolates so desirable. Churning just 2 gallons at a time, we are proud to offer our own line of ice cream.
